&lt;p&gt;Home town Stanislawow (for 300 years) now &amp;nbsp;Ivano-Frankivsk. I was born there just across the Bystrzyca &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Solotynska River in 1930, when it was part of Poland. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I attended school in Stanislawow, just few blocks from tha market place.We lived there in the little Polish Comunity of UHRYNOW DOLNY just north of Uhriniv RR Station. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On Feb 10/1940 &amp;nbsp;our family and tens of thousand mostly Polish families were arrested by Soviet NKVD with the help of some local communist sympatizers and we were sent to labor camps in Soviet Siberia. I was just 9 years old then. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I survived and after 10 years of travels, through Russia, Kazakstan, Uzbekstan, Kkirgistan, Caspian Sea, Iran , 6 yrs in Zambia, Africa, and 2 yrs in London Englad I found myself in &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Rossford, Ohio.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hope all your wishes a desires come true in the coming &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;NEW YEAR 2009. Wishing you Happiness a Love.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;PS: I love my home town, I was there last in 2007 for couple of weeks. I aspecialy love Karpatian Mountain area,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; Nadvorna, Kolomiya and south to Yaremcha, Vorohta, &amp;nbsp;Kosovo and entire Hutsulshchyzna is beautiful.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; You must see it before you came home to USA.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Learn the History of the place, &lt;/p&gt;
